Refund Policy

Laundrizy Trademark Registration:

Laundrizy Trademark registration is an intellectual property of W3builders Technology Solutions LLP.

Customer Queries:

In the event of any query from the customer regarding damage or loss of garment(s), delivery of the wrong garment(s), or delivery of fewer garment(s), the customer may raise the query by writing an email to feedback@laundrizy.in or through the “Laundrizy” App/Website www.laundrizy.in. The customer must provide all details, including supporting documents, information, photographs, etc., in support of their query as and when requested by Laundrizy. Failure to provide necessary details may result in the non-entertainment of the query by Laundrizy.

Refund Eligibility:

The customer may be eligible for a refund of the bill amount, subject to Laundrizy's satisfaction after scrutinizing the supporting documents, information, photographs, etc., provided by the customer. Such refunds may be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date when the query has been resolved, at the discretion of Laundrizy, to the original payment method/account of the customer.

Refund Limitations:

In all circumstances, the compensation/damages/refund payable by Laundrizy to the customer shall not exceed ten (10) times the bill amount or Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), whichever is less.

Multiple Remittances:

In case multiple amounts are remitted from the customer’s end to Laundrizy due to any technical/internet problem, then Laundrizy may initiate the retransfer of such amounts to the customer after scrutinizing the payment history and other details.

Payment Currency:

All payments, as mentioned herein above, shall be only in Indian Rupees.

Force Majeure Events:

Laundrizy shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss(s) or damage(s) of/to garment(s) due to the occurrence of force majeure events such as fire, flood, storm, natural calamities, earthquake, enemies, war, riot, civil commotion, lock-down, or any other irresponsible force, act of God which is beyond the control of Laundrizy. Laundrizy is not liable for any compensation/damages in such cases.

Customer Agreement:

By availing services from Laundrizy, the customer agrees that he/she has thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy and other terms and conditions.

Right to Modify Terms and Conditions:

Laundrizy reserves the right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions herein above at any point in time as deemed fit and without any prior intimation to the customer.

Additional Requirements:
